Salary: $152,084.12 - $214,706.37 per year

Eligible for annual bonus incentive

How you'll make an impact in this role
  • Develop and lead the implementation of policy, procedures and initiatives for assigned services while working collaboratively with insurance partners and clinic/hospital partners in developing Population Health programs.
  • Develop service area goals and standards consistent with medical, administrative, legal and ethical requirement of the health care delivery system.
  • Plan, organize and direct activities related to staffing, including hiring, orienting, evaluating and continuing education initiatives.
  • Prepare service area budget and ensure that department operates within allocated funds.
  • Coordinate and direct internal and external driven audits.
What minimum qualifications you'll need

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor'sdegree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those yearsbeing in leadership/management.
What additional requirements you'll need
  • Master's degree or above
  • Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience (leading people, teams, or departments)
  • Prior experience with Maryland's Total Cost of Care (TCOC) reimbursement model and value-based contracting, CRISP regional health information exchange (HIE) and Primary Care Program (MDPCP)
