Fox News is looking for an Anchor to join the Fox News Audio family as on-air talent for the FOX News Syndicated Network/FOX News Headlines 24/7 Sirius XM Channel 115 and FOX News Podcasts Network. As Anchor, you will work under tight deadlines, deliver top-notch newscasts, and contribute to our growing digital/video initiatives.

THE REQUIREMENT

  • Deadline Driven: You thrive in the fast-paced and energetic news environment

  • Please be sure to include link to video of your demo reel/air check to be considered for this role.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide air talent across our Syndicated, Satellite and Podcast Networks.

  • Write for a one-hour live National NetworkNewscast

  • Write 5-minute and 1-minutenewscasts for our Terrestrial Stations Nationally

  • Ability to anchor and produce long-form interviews for the FOX News Podcast Network

  • Producenewspackages for affiliate network

  • Handle Live BreakingNewsCoverage during nationalnewscasts

  • Collaborate closely with editors

  • Arrive to work prepared with story ideas, pitches, and headlines in mind

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • Experience as anewsanchor

  • Network or Major Market experience

  • On camera anchor and/or reporter experience

  • Ability towork under tight deadlines

  • Solid news judgement, excellent writing skills & a passion for breaking news

  • Working knowledge of audio editing software

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $92,000.00-120,000.00 annually. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
