About the role:

The Director, People Analytics Partner (Sales & Services) will be a strategic partner within the HR Strategy and Operations team. This role will provide both consultative and technical analytics support to Gartner's Sales & Services HR teams.

  • As the day-to-day partner with HR Partners and Recruiting leads, the Director, People Analytics Partner will helpidentifyand solve critical business problems through the strategic consultation and application of robust analytical solutions.

  • This role will ensure analytical best practices and influence the interpretation of insights with a relentless focus on data accuracy, consistency, and scalability in alignment with Gartner's growth.

  • The Director, People Analytics Partner will influence the product and analytics roadmaps to ensure Sales & Services business needs are prioritized.

What you will do:

Operate as a strategic partner in the organization to deliver three critical capabilities to support Gartner's growth:

Consultative Partnership

  • Provides consultative partnership to our senior HR Partner and Recruiting leadership across Sales & Services teams, including proactive identification & solutioning of critical business problems

  • Supports critical initiatives driving sales staffing and productivity

  • Engages and influences senior Gartner leaders

Analytical Problem-Solving

  • Creatively solves complex business problems

  • Uses insights from quantitative and qualitative data to tell a story and influence outcomes across a wide range of executive-level stakeholders.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Influences product and analytics roadmaps across the organization, ensuring Sales & Services priorities are driving People Analytics priorities

  • Fosters strong cross-functional collaboration with other departments such as Sales Strategy & Operations, Finance, IT, andother.

What you will need:

  • Demonstrated strong analytical, organizational, communication and leadership skills at all levels

  • Demonstrated ability to solve complex/unstructured business problems.

  • Usesdata and the economics of the business to analyze problems and recommend solutions (can translate insights into actionable solutions).

  • 10 years+ of progressive experience in analytics and HR or consulting.

  • Ability to clearly and succinctly communicate with senior leadership to drive decisions.

  • Proven ability to influence and coordinate with global team members,anticipateand manage risks, set appropriateexpectationsand consistently deliver strong results.

  • Proventrack recordofestablishingtrusted partner relationships, including collaboratingwithand influencing leaders and teams across multiple business functions.

Gartner believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is 120,000 USD - 167,000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Our talent acquisition team will provide the specific opportunity on our bonus or incentive programs to eligible candidates. We also offer market leading benefit programs including generous PTO, a 401k match up to $7,200 per year, the opportunity to purchase company stock at a discount, and more.
