This role partners closely with Finance, Product Operations, and crossfunctional stakeholders to ensure engineering investments translate into measurable business outcomes-especially through New Product Introduction (NPI) and strategic growth initiatives. They will lead portfolio governance, optimize resources, elevate engineering performance, and provide datadriven insights that strengthen decisionmaking at the executive level. This role entails expert level process and tools knowledge of theNew Product Introduction(NPI) from Idea to Delivery, and a proven ability to work globally with high-performing cross-functional Teams.

You will report directly to oursenior leadership team,and you'll work out of ourAtlanta, GAlocation on aHybridwork schedule.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Technical Degree & Tools - bachelor's degree in a technical STEM discipline; Electrical Engineering preferred, with advanced engineering degrees highly valued. Expertise inData Analytics toolssuch as Excel, Tableau and Power BI.
  • Engineering Leadership, Operations / PM Experience - 5+ years in engineering leadership roles with a strong record of managing crossfunctional and global teams. With minimum 3 years' experience in Engineering Operations or Project Management.
  • Global Team Leadership - Proven ability to lead, influence, and develop highperforming global teams.
  • Leadership, Communication & Strategic Skills - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and strategic problemsolving abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively.
