The Director of Cultural Experiences will create, implement and manage the programming of authentic cultural events and activities on property for guests and hosts that reinforce The Outrigger Way -- Host/Guest/Place with Values as our Guide, are consistent with the Outrigger brand, and cost-effective. Advises General Manager and Property Executive Committee to design and implement operational practices, communication, and property actions that are culturally appropriate and relevant, including insight and consultation on marketing communication materials, artwork, retail products, architecture and landscaping. Initiates and maintains effective partnerships throughout the community that reinforce, promote, and/or strengthen the reputation of the property as a leader of cultural practices in business, and that support cultural awareness and education within the community. When designated, may serve as a spokesperson to the media, industry events and within the community on the Outrigger approach to culture.
