The Electrical Controls Engineer will design, implement, and maintain control systems for paper mill operations to ensure optimal efficiency, quality and safety. This role focuses on automation, instrumentation, and process optimization across paper machine and converting operations. The successful candidate will be required to work on site at the Whiting Mill in Stevens Point, WI.

Install, calibrate, and troubleshoot sensors, actuators, and process instruments (e.g., flow, pressure, temperature, level).

Provide engineering support to assist in the maximization of asset TPD, Yield, Uptime, and COM targets.

Development and execute capital projects to support strategic initiatives, reduce costs, and sustain and improve operations from a safety, reliability and environmental standpoint.

Participate in Mill Weekend Maintenance rotation
