We're looking for an experienced CNC Mill Programmer / Machinist to join our Day Shift team.

What You'll Do

  • Program and set up Haas 3,4 and 5-axis CNC mills using Mastercam 2026
  • Develop efficient machining strategies, work holding, and order of operations
  • Machine complex aerospace components from titanium, high-temperature alloys, castings, and billet material
  • Read and interpret aerospace blueprints, engineering drawings, and GD&T requirements
  • Select tooling, cutters, speeds, feeds, and machining methods
  • Monitor machining operations and make adjustments as needed
  • Inspect finished parts using precision measuring equipment
  • Troubleshoot machining issues and optimize production processes
  • Perform routine machine maintenance
  • Collaborate with the manufacturing team to improve efficiency and quality

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of CNC Mill Programming and Machining experience
  • Strong Mastercam programming experience
  • Experience programming and setting up Haas 4- and 5-axis mills
  • Experience machining titanium and high-temperature alloys
  • Strong knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) (Required)
  • Ability to read aerospace blueprints and engineering drawings
  • Experience machining castings and billet materials
  • Proficient with precision measuring instruments
  • Comfortable selecting tooling and work holding solutions
  • Basic computer skills (ERP experience is a plus)
  • Own tools and toolbox
  • Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

  • Aerospace or defense manufacturing experience
  • Experience with Haas controls
  • Continuous improvement mindset
