Anticipate labor needs rather than react to them, and adjust plans in real time as demand shifts.****Data-Driven KPI Management****Read and act on core operational metrics including location accuracy, dock-to-stock, outbound SLA, and productivity. Use data to identify what's working, what isn't, and what to fix next.****P&L and Budget Ownership****Own the operational P&L and payroll with full accountability. Speak fluently to the levers that drive site profitability — labor cost as a percentage of revenue, cost per unit/order, overtime spend, throughput efficiency, shrink, and equipment utilization. Walk through a P&L line by line and explain what moved it.****Continuous Improvement and Root Cause Problem Solving****Diagnose performance drift and resolve it without disrupting live operations.
