Job description

We are seeking a Director of Operations to oversee company-wide operations and ensure successful execution of low voltage projects.

Job Duties
  • Lead project management, field operations, and estimating teams.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to boost efficiency.
  • Establish KPIs and ensure projects meet safety, quality, and profitability goals.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years operations management in low voltage or construction.
  • Strong leadership and financial acumen.
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $95,000 – $120,000 annually + bonuses

  • 401(k) with company match
  • PTO and paid holidays
