Leverage yourexpertisein investment portfolio management, business planning, financialanalysisand relationship-building to help shape FCC's portfolio managementstrategy,processes, policies,reportingand business plans.

As Director, Portfolio Management and Operations,you'llreport to the Managing Director, FCC Capital,and act as a hub for the FCC Capital division byprovidingprofessional advice, support and information for decision-making while leading strategic initiatives and divisional projects. Your strong judgment, strategic thinking,collaborationand influence will enable you to align planning and implementation with FCC's broader capital solutions and value creationstrategy. Ifyou're an organized multi-tasker, proven mentor and collaborative relationship-builder who thrives in complex enterprise environments and is motivated by building strong investment operations, this might be the role for you!

Whatyou'lldo

  • Manage and further develop FCC Capital processes, policies, documentation and reporting, including valuation, investment approval, business planning, reputational risk, accounting,reportingand committee-related materials

  • Develop reporting strategies, configure new reporting and dashboards, and prepare monthly, ad hoc,quarterlyand annual reports for senior leadership,managementand the Board

  • Lead the FCC Capital business plan, including short-, medium- and long-termobjectives, measurable key performanceindicatorsand value-add objectives

  • Partner with internal stakeholders, FCC middle- and back-officeteamsand investment professionals to support deal activity,executionand strategy development

  • Provide analysis, oversight, support and information sharing for pipeline and portfolio management, deal support and operations, including forecasting, capital calls, legal documentationreviewsand funding coordination

  • Oversee a small team, including daily supervision, performance and development

Whatyou'llbring to the team

Required qualifications:

  • A degree infinance,businessadministrationorcommerce

  • At leastsevenyears of related experience(or an equivalent combination of education and experience)

  • Knowledge of financial institutions, including how theyoperate, manageriskand make investment or lending decisions

  • Knowledge of private real asset investing, including securityselectionand asset allocation, with experience across acquisition, assetmanagementand divestment

  • Strong judgment and decision-making skills, strategic and conceptual thinking,collaborationand influence

  • Experience building and managing strategic relationships

Preferred qualifications:

  • Knowledge of agriculture industry trends, risk mitigation and financial analysis techniques, accounting principles,and lending policies and procedures

  • Experience implementing deal management, portfolio management of client relationship management solutions

  • Experience managing and developing a small team
