This role leads a global Network Operations team delivering secure, resilient, and highly available network services in a 24x7 environment. Operating within a highly automated, global environment where network availability is critical to business continuity, production operations, workforce productivity, and enterprise services, this leader is accountable for ensuring reliable network services that minimize operational risk and downtime. Working closely with the Network Architecture and Network Engineering teams, the Director ensures new technologies are operationally ready, network services remain highly available, and operational processes continuously improve.
