Summary
Director of Operations
As our team grows, our services expand, and our community partnerships deepen, we are seeking an exceptional "Empire Multiplier" to join us as Director of Operations.
This strategic, forward-thinking leader will translate the company's broader vision into practical plans, scalable systems, and efficient workflows that promote sustainable growth and operational excellence. The Director of Operations will oversee daily operations while building the structure, coordination, and accountability necessary for the team to perform at its best.
As a vital member of the leadership team, the Director of Operations will equip and empower team owners to advance the company's mission and deliver on its strategic priorities.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement systems for sellers, buyers, lead generation, contact database management, social/tech media and back-office support. Ensure that all systems and processes run efficiently for the team.
  • Maintain daily operations/workflow and implementing existing and new policies.
  • Responsible for maintaining all financial systems. This includes maintaining the books, paying the bills, handling payroll, assuring the collection of commissions, maintaining budget, generating financing reports and keeping track of the team's production. Responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of all financial information.
  • Oversee all correspondences between the team leader, supportive staff and team members. Keep the lead agent informed regarding any problems or issues that need to be handled
  • Track the whole team and individual team member's activities & KPIs. Review 4 conversations with lead agents weekly.
  • Responsible for hiring, training, consulting, and holding accountable all additional administrative team members.
  • Create WOW experiences for clients and team members.
  • Responsible for execution of the team owner's vision
