Key Responsibilities

• Counsel and support a caseload of stable, low-acuity clients seeking assistance for various emotional and mental health issues.
• Facilitate therapeutic conversations, encouraging clients to express their feelings and share personal experiences with empathy and understanding.
• Utilize evidence-based assessment techniques through conversations and observations to identify and address client needs.
• Collaborate with clients to define clear, achievable goals and develop actionable plans to attain those objectives.
• Implement a solution-focused approach to therapy, guiding clients towards self-discovery and resilience while equipping them with effective coping strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your client base will primarily consist of individuals who are stable and low-acuity, ensuring that your focus remains on enhancing their emotional wellness. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Must be fully licensed in your state to practice independently, holding one of the following credentials: LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW.
• Proficient in using technology for teletherapy sessions and client management.
• Strong interpersonal skills, possessing an empathetic and sympathetic nature to effectively engage with clients.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

• Anticipated earnings for this position range from $115,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and expertise.
