Financial Management & Controls

  • Oversee all accounting, bookkeeping, and financial reporting activities.

  • Establish and maintain strong internal controls and financial policies.

  • Manage cash flow, banking relationships, credit facilities, and treasury functions.

  • Coordinate annual audits, tax filings, and external financial reviews.
