Job Description: The Video Department Manager provides both strategic and operational leadership for the Video Rental Department at IPS. In this role, you are responsible for directing all warehouse‑based Video operations, ensuring precise execution of departmental workflows and validating order accuracy as determined by rental software, the Account Manager, and the Video Systems Engineer. Oversee and support warehouse operations related to Video inventory, including cycle counts, organization, reconciliation, and long-term asset planning to maintain accurate and dependable stock levels.
