We are looking for a bright Director of Strategic Growth to join our Life Science team based in the United States.

We work with top 10 pharmaceutical companies in the world such as AstraZeneca and Boehringer Ingelheim.
As N-SIDE continues to expand its presence in the North American market, we are seeking a Director of Strategic Growth to partner with our Strategic Account Management team. You will drive growth by leveraging your Clinical Trial Supply (CTS) expertise, established industry network, and strategic advisory skills to influence senior stakeholders and unlock new opportunities.
What you'll do:
Partnership management:
  • Contribute to the development and enhancement of N-SIDE's partnership ecosystem with IRT providers, CROs, CMOs and other key stakeholders, addressing both business and technical perspectives.

Network Activation:
  • Leverage your established network within the CTS industry (Sponsors, CROs, IRT providers, etc.) to generate qualified introductions for the US Strategic Account Management team and identify new opportunities within both customers and prospects.
  • Actively expand and leverage your network in full alignment with N-SIDE's strategic priorities and commercial objectives.

Thought Leadership:
  • Support marketing activities, including conferences, webinars, and white papers, to increase brand awareness.
  • Monitor industry trends to keep the organization informed about the evolving CTS landscape.

Strategic Advisory:
  • Guide strategic discussions with clients, using CTS knowledge to optimize their workflows and align N-SIDE's value proposition with their pain points.
  • High ability to handle complex discussions with senior and executive leadership

Internal collaboration:
  • Coordinate with Strategic Account Management and Marketing to ensure a seamless transition of opportunities.
  • Bring market insights, customer feedback, and industry trends back into the organization to inform commercial strategy, partnerships, and product positioning.
  • Share your deep Clinical Trial and CTS expertise across the organization to strengthen internal knowledge and capability building.

About you:
  • Over 10 years of experience in Clinical Trials, Clinical Supply Chain, RTSM, or related fields.
  • Background in client relationship management, business development, or technical sales is highly preferred.
  • You have a strong and established Clinical Supply/Trial network.
  • You are customer-focused and enjoy engaging with customers, always keeping their needs at the center of what you do.
  • Proven self-leadership with a high degree of autonomy, responsibility, and initiative.
  • You are a real team player who works effectively across teams and contributes actively to shared success.,
  • You are open-minded and you like to work in an international environment (Belgian HQ, Management based in BE)
  • Must be based in the United States.
