The College of Health Care Professions (CHCP) is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of Admissions to lead our Admissions Department. In this role, you will oversee the department's operations, ensuring compliance with state, federal, accreditation, and company policies while maintaining the highest ethical standards. You will be responsible for meeting enrollment goals, managing budgets, motivating and training admissions staff, and developing marketing strategies to attract qualified applicants. Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with executive management to monitor monthly and yearly enrollment goals, ensuring they are met.
  • Assist in the development of yearly business plans, including enrollment projections and admissions budgets.
  • Develop and update marketing strategies to support enrollment goals.
  • Train, supervise, and motivate admissions staff to achieve high performance.
  • Ensure compliance with state, federal, accreditation, and company policies, taking corrective action as needed.
  • Coordinate and participate in new student orientations and public relations activities for the college.
  • Interface with other college departments to ensure efficient information flow and record-keeping.
  • Produce management reports to forecast enrollments and analyze historical enrollment data.
  • Recruit, evaluate, and interview candidates for positions within the Admissions Department.
