Director of Sales โ€“ Willow Towers Assisted Living

United Hebrew is seeking an experienced, relationship-driven Director of Sales to lead occupancy growth for our Willow Towers Assisted Living community in New Rochelle, NY.

Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, this leadership role is responsible for managing the full sales and admissions process, from initial inquiry through move-in. The Director of Sales will develop strategic outreach initiatives, cultivate referral relationships, conduct personalized community tours, and provide exceptional guidance to prospective residents and their families throughout the decision-making process. This individual will also collaborate with interdisciplinary departments to ensure a seamless move-in experience while maintaining an active sales pipeline and driving occupancy goals.

Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred
  • Minimum of five years of successful sales experience, preferably in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or a related industry
  • Experience with assisted living admissions or senior housing sales strongly preferred
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and occupancy goals
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
