Director of Sales – Pacific Northwest
Auburn, WA | Regional Leadership Role

With 16 branches and 9 manufacturing facilities across the Pacific Northwest and Western Canada, FLOFORM Countertops completes over 60,000 installations each year. We’re a market leader—and we’re continuing to grow.
We’re looking for a Director of Sales to lead performance across five branches in the Pacific Northwest. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in the field, builds high-performing teams, and delivers consistent results.

What You’ll Do
Drive Revenue Growth
  • Lead and execute sales strategy across multiple locations
  • Own regional performance and consistently exceed targets
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities across residential, commercial, and retail channels
Lead & Develop High-Performing Teams
  • Manage and coach:
    • Showroom Sales Consultants
    • In-Home Sales Specialists
    • Commercial / B2B Account Managers
  • Build a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous improvement
Be in the Field
  • Travel regularly throughout the Pacific Northwest
  • Work directly with branch teams to elevate performance
  • Build strong relationships with key customers and partners
Align Sales with Operations
  • Collaborate closely with manufacturing and operations teams
  • Ensure sales volume aligns with production capacity and profitability
Strengthen Key Accounts
  • Grow and maintain relationships with builders, designers, and retail partners
  • Represent FLOFORM as a trusted industry partner
Use Data to Win
  • Track KPIs, forecast accurately, and adjust strategy as needed

What You Bring
  • 10+ years of sales leadership experience
  • Proven success leading multi-location teams
  • Experience in building materials, construction, or custom manufacturing (strong asset)
  • Strong understanding of Pacific Northwest markets
