As a Channel Sales Manager atMujin, you will play a key role in supporting and expanding our network of robotic system integrator partners. This position is critical in scaling our intelligent palletizing and depalletizing solutions through best-in-class automation partners across North America.
This is a high-visibility, high-impact role with direct influence on revenue growth, partner success, and the overall adoption ofMujin'sadvanced automation technology
Location: Western US (Nevada and Arizona)
Position Description:
- Face-to-face selling to new channel partners/distributors and cross/up/repeat sales to existing channel partners/distributors.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on robotic palletizing/depalletizing and intelligent automation solutions.
- Assistpartners inidentifying new applications and expansion opportunities within customer sites.
- Collaborate with the Director of Channel Sales to qualify, assign, and advance channel-driven opportunities.
- Maintaining and expanding existing relationships with organizations distributing products,services and/or solutions.
- Developing and delivering product demonstrations, sales bids and presentations to channel partners/distributors and may also train channel partner/distributor sales personnel in product use and sales techniques.
- Managing the relationship with the channel partners/distributorsIncumbentsmatching this specialization are compensated based on achievement of sales targets.
PositionRequirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, BusinessAdministration or related field.
- 5+ years of sales and/or sales management experience, with a proventrack record of achieving and exceeding targets.
- Experience working with or selling through channel partners is strongly preferred.
- A passion forcutting-edge technology.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Desired experience in the industrial automation industry, with knowledge of robotics, material handling equipment, sensors/machine vision, etc.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-pacedenvironment.
Physical Demands/ Work Environment:
- Ability to travel up to50% of the time
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
