Job Summary

The Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Manager provides leadership, technical expertise, and strategic direction to develop, implement, and continuously improve SurePoint Ag's environmental, health, and safety programs. The role is responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, reducing operational risk, advancing environmental stewardship, and fostering a culture of safety excellence across the organization. The EHS Manager partners with site leadership, employees, and John Deere EHS resources to integrate environmental, health, and safety considerations into business operations and support implementation of John Deere Health and Safety (JDHS) standards and management system requirements.

  • Over 3 years to 6 years of EHS experience in manufacturing, industrial, agricultural, or related operations.
  • Experience implementing EHS management systems, audit programs, and continuous improvement frameworks.
  • Experience supporting organizational change, acquisitions, integrations, or culture improvement initiatives.
