Overview

Are you a strategic revenue leader with a passion for driving commercial performance across multiple hotels? We're seeking a Regional Director of Revenue Management to oversee a portfolio of up to seven properties. The ideal candidate brings extensive experience with Hilton-branded, full-service, and resort hotels, along with a proven ability to develop and execute revenue strategies that maximize RevPAR, ADR, occupancy, and overall profitability. In this role, you'll partner closely with regional and property leadership to drive pricing, forecasting, inventory optimization, and commercial strategy while mentoring revenue teams and delivering exceptional financial results.

Qualifications
  • Seven or more years of progressive revenue management experience in full-service hotels.
  • Multi-property revenue management experience required; experience across Hilton, Marriott, Hyatt, and independent hotels strongly preferred.
  • Resort revenue management experience highly preferred.
  • Proven success developing and executing revenue strategies that improve RevPAR, ADR, occupancy, and profitability.
  • Strong analytical, forecasting, pricing, and commercial strategy experience.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to travel approximately 50% to support hotels within the portfolio.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
