The Director of CTV Retail Media will lead the development, execution, and optimization of retail media strategies, with a focus on collaborating with US retail partners using LG's first-party data and inventory. This role requires a highly experienced leader who can operate across multiple internal and external teams as a cross-functional working group, manage complex CTV advertising and content ecosystems, and drive measurable business outcomes through coordinated media and marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary lead for retail media initiatives, working cross-functionally with Retail Ads, LG Ads, DxP, LGEUS Marketing, NAC&S, and HQ teams.
  • Manage and align multiple workstreams, including campaign operations, marketing strategy, execution, and post-campaign performance measurement.
  • Oversee the integration and utilization of diverse ad inventory sources and data streams to ensure accurate targeting, execution, and reporting.
  • Develop and implement retail media strategies that align with broader marketing and business objectives.
  • Support and incorporate in-store marketing initiatives into broader media strategies where applicable.
  • Build scalable frameworks that can be extended to additional non-traditional retail partners.
  • Analyze campaign performance and generate actionable insights to continuously improve ROI and effectiveness.
  • Act as a senior strategic advisor, bringing a director-level perspective to complex retail media challenges and opportunities.

Qualifications:
  • 8-12+ years of experience in retail media, digital advertising, or related fields, with demonstrated leadership at the director level.
  • Proven experience working with major retail partners, preferably national or similar large-scale retailers.
  • Strong understanding of retail media networks, ad operations, data integration, and performance measurement.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with both internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and drive alignment across multiple teams.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
  • Experience with CTV plus in-store marketing activities integration is a plus.

$170,000-$250,000 USD
