Heartline Staffing is recruiting a Director, Risk Management, Quality & Medical Staff for a senior-level healthcare leadership opportunity in Las Cruces, New Mexico. This role provides strategic leadership across Quality, Risk Management, and Medical Staff functions, with responsibility for clinical risk programs, claims management, regulatory compliance, and quality improvement initiatives.
POSITION OVERVIEW
The Director will develop departmental goals and standards while directing operational performance, patient care quality, audits, staffing, budgeting, and compliance activities. This position collaborates across the organization to support regulatory readiness, drive continuous improvement, foster professional development, and promote excellence throughout the continuum of care.
ROLE
• Provide strategic leadership for Quality, Risk Management, and Medical Staff functions.
• Oversee clinical risk programs, claims management, regulatory compliance, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Develop departmental goals and standards.
• Direct operational performance, patient care quality, audits, staffing, budgeting, and compliance activities.
• Collaborate across the organization to ensure regulatory readiness.
