They manage, lead, and set the tone for the team in the Front of House, Kitchen, and every area of the restaurant. They coach & serve Team Leaders and demonstrate our core values to execute the vision of the restaurant.

They ensure the needs of staff, customers, and business are met and take ownership to proactively plan & prepare for the future.
