Director of Program Marketing

A respected, mission-driven organization is seeking a Director of Program Marketing to lead the strategy, execution, and promotion of programs that strengthen community engagement and organizational growth. This individual will be responsible for developing compelling marketing campaigns, increasing awareness, and driving participation across a variety of initiatives and events.

Responsibilities
  •  Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that increase awareness and participation in organizational programs. 
  •  Lead marketing campaigns across digital, print, email, social media, and community outreach channels. 
  •  Create engaging content, including newsletters, website updates, social media, promotional materials, and presentations. 
  •  Manage marketing calendars, campaign timelines, and project deliverables. 
  •  Collaborate with leadership and program teams to understand goals and develop effective promotional strategies. 
  •  Measure campaign performance using marketing analytics and provide recommendations for continuous improvement. 
  •  Oversee branding consistency across all communications and marketing materials.
