Regional Director of Operations - Nebraska
Statewide Leadership Home-Based with Regional Travel
Ready to take the next step in your rehabilitation leadership career? Blue Stone Therapy is seeking a Regional Director of Operations (RDO) to lead therapy operations across partner communities throughout Nebraska.
This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for an experienced therapy professional who enjoys developing teams, building strong client partnerships, and driving operational performance. The RDO maintains a strong onsite presence across the region, with regular and frequent travel throughout Nebraska based on operational and staffing needs.

What You'll Do
  • Lead, coach, and support Rehab Directors and therapy teams
  • Manage regional KPIs, financial performance, staffing, and operational priorities
  • Build and maintain strong client and facility relationships
  • Partner with Recruiting and Clinical Services to support staffing, quality, and compliance
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen regional performance and operations
  • Provide direct patient care when needed to support staffing and coverage
  • Travel regularly throughout Nebraska to support teams and maintain a strong onsite presence

Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
  • Current Nebraska license (or eligibility for licensure) as a PT, OT, SLP, PTA, or COTA
  • 5+ years of therapy experience, including at least 4 years in a leadership role within a skilled nursing or post-acute therapy setting
  • Multi-site leadership experience preferred
  • Ability and willingness to travel frequently throughout Nebraska
  • Must reside in Nebraska or be willing to relocate
