JOB SUMMARY:

The Director of supervisory Nursing, Clinical Services is responsible for overseeing the clinical nursing supervision function, ensuring high-quality patient care, regulatory compliance, and consistent clinical oversight across the organization. This role provides leadership to supervisory nursing staff, supports clinical operations, monitors documentation and care standards, and partners with leadership to improve patient outcome and operational efficiency.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Oversee daily clinical nursing supervision and field-based patient care oversight.
  • Supervise, support, and provide guidance to supervisory nursing staff.
  • Ensure nursing services are delivered in accordance with company policies, care plans, and regulatory requirements.
  • Review patient care documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
  • Monitor quality of care and identify areas for clinical improvement.
  • Support the development, implementation, and review of patient care plans.
  • Collaborate with clinical leadership, operations, intake, scheduling, and compliance teams.
  • Assist with resolving clinical concerns, patient complaints, and care-related issues.
  • Ensure timely completion of supervisory visits, reassessments, and required follow-ups.
  • Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to nursing staff.
  • Support onboarding and orientation of new clinical nursing team members.
  • Participate in audits, quality assurance reviews, and corrective action planning.
  • Ensure adherence to infection control, patient safety, and documentation standards.
  • Track clinical trends, staffing concerns, and operational barriers.
  • Escalate significant clinical, compliance, or patient care issues to leadership as needed.

  • Proficiency with EMR systems and Microsoft Office preferred.
