Position Summary


We are seeking a highly motivated, relationship-driven Director of External Relations & Partnerships to lead business development and strategic partnerships for E&S Real Estate Group.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys networking, building professional relationships, representing a company in the community, and helping create new business opportunities. You will serve as an ambassador for the E&S brand while expanding our network of lenders, attorneys, contractors, nonprofit organizations, employers, financial professionals, and community partners.

This is a leadership opportunity with significant room for growth as our company continues to expand.


Responsibilities


  • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships that support company growth.
  • Build relationships with lenders, title companies, inspectors, insurance agents, contractors, financial professionals, employers, and community organizations.
  • Represent E&S Real Estate Group at networking events, business functions, community meetings, and educational workshops.
  • Promote and educate prospective partners about the BridgePoint Program.
  • Schedule and conduct partnership meetings and presentations.
  • Generate referrals for brokerage, property management, and BridgePoint services.
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach and partnership activity within the company CRM.
  • Assist with planning educational events, workshops, and community outreach initiatives.
  • Collaborate with leadership on marketing campaigns and partnership strategies.
  • Identify new opportunities for community engagement and business development.
  • Provide weekly progress updates and partnership pipeline reports.
