Position Overview:

The Senior Director of Partner Solutions is responsible for driving client retention, satisfaction, referrals, and growth by building strong, strategic relationships with key accounts and partners. This role leads the execution of client success strategies to ensure clients achieve measurable value from Kuder’s solutions. 


The Senior Director will oversee a portfolio of clients, guide cross-functional collaboration, and ensure the successful delivery and adoption of Kuder’s products and services. This individual serves as both a strategic advisor to clients and a leader to internal Success and Account Managers, ensuring alignment between client goals and organizational objectives.


Essential Job Functions:

 

  • Lead a portfolio of key client accounts, developing and executing comprehensive, yet flexible client success and operational plans to drive retention, satisfaction, and revenue growth.


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders, including district leaders, partners, and government entities.


  • Drive renewal and referral strategies and identify opportunities for account expansion and additional revenue.


  • Partner with cross-functional teams (product, operations, implementation and support, marketing) to ensure seamless service delivery and client outcomes.


  • Provide strategic guidance to clients to maximize product adoption, utilization, and overall value.


  • Monitor client health using data and analytics, proactively identifying risks, and implementing mitigation strategies.


  • Establish success metrics, track performance, and regularly report on client outcomes and business impact.
  • Lead regular business reviews with clients to share insights, progress, roadmaps, and recommendations.


  • Oversee client P&L performance and contribute to forecasting, budgeting, and planning processes.


  • Serve as the voice of the customer by delivering feedback and insights to internal teams, influencing product and service improvements.


  • Manage a team who is directly responsible for the success and account management of specific partners, build on their expertise, and work with them to deliver/execute on the partner success and operational plans that have been put in place.


  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, accountability, and client-centric thinking within the team.


  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance overall customer experience process.


  • Support additional departmental or organizational initiatives as needed.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years’ experience in client success, account management, and/or customer-facing leadership roles.

 

  • Experience in K12 education or SaaS environments preferred.

 

  • Proven success in managing and growing client relationships in a complex, matrixed organization.

 

  • Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver on client objectives.


  • Demonstrated ability to use data and analytics to drive decision-making and outcomes.


  • Ability to develop and manage client success and operational plans.


  • Travel as needed.
