The Delivery Optimization team focuses on creating an intelligent, scalable, and cost-efficient last mile network. By improving sourcing, catchment, address, and trip planning, the team enhances asset utilization, expands customer reach, and reduces overall costs. This group ensures predictable trip preparation flows for stores and timely deliveries for customers. Utilizing advanced product capabilities and emerging technologies, the team drives innovation in last mile operations, supporting Walmart’s commitment to operational excellence and superior service delivery through effective program and stakeholder management, financial oversight, and collaborative business operations.

  • Lead the development and execution of product capabilities aligned with business objectives.
