Description

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Director of Revenue Operations to lead our revenue operations function. The Sr Director of RevOps will serve as a key driver of digital transformation across the revenue organization, embedding AI, automation, and advanced analytics into go-to-market strategy and execution.

  • Develop and implement strategies to enable sales and marketing teams to achieve revenue goals. 
  • Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of end-to-end revenue processes, from lead generation to renewal. 
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to define and monitor key performance metrics and KPIs to track and improve sales effectiveness and efficiency. 
  • Work closely with marketing leadership to ensure seamless lead handoff processes and alignment on lead scoring, nurturing, and attribution. 
  • Lead the modernization of the revenue technology ecosystem, including evaluation and implementation of next-generation platforms, flexible data architectures, and integrations to support scalability and agility.  
  • Identify and implement AI-driven solutions across the revenue lifecycle (e.g., forecasting, lead scoring, pipeline insights, customer segmentation, and churn prediction) to improve decision-making and operational efficiency. 
  • Build and scale a unified revenue data layer, enabling real-time insights, predictive analytics, and self-service reporting across sales and marketing. 
  • Drive continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance scalability, efficiency, and effectiveness of revenue operations. 
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning within the revenue operations team. 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field. MBA or equivalent preferred. 
  • 7+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or related roles, with 2+ years of experience in leadership positions. 
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and optimizing revenue processes in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. 
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations. 
  • Experience with CRM platforms, Salesforce, marketing automation tools, HubSpot?and sales enablement technologies. 
  • Experience evaluating and deploying emerging revenue technologies, including AI-native tools and automation platforms. 
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams towards common goals. 
  • Demonstrated ability to lead change initiatives and drive organizational transformation.
