Firehouse Subs is seeking an experienced, people-focused Director of Operations to oversee approximately 5 high-performing locations across the Houston area. If you’re a passionate leader who loves developing teams, driving strong operations, and creating an outstanding guest experience, this is an opportunity to grow your career with a brand that values heart, hustle, and community.
What You’ll Do
As our Director of Operations, you’ll be the driving force behind your market’s success. You will:
  • Lead, mentor, and develop 5+ General Managers and their teams
  • Ensure operational excellence across all locations
  • Drive sales growth, traffic, and profitability
  • Deliver top-tier guest service and uphold brand standards
  • Optimize labor, food cost, scheduling, and inventory management
  • Implement company initiatives and execute training programs
  • Foster a positive culture that supports engagement, retention, and high performance
