Job description

🚨 DIRECTOR OF OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY – TRAVEL CONTRACT 🚨

We are hiring an experienced Director of Occupational Therapy for a high-paying travel assignment in King City, California.


📍 Location: King City, CA

📅 Start Date: June 22, 2026

⏳ Duration: 13 Weeks

🕒 Schedule: 40 Hours/Week | 8 Hour Shifts

💼 Setting: Inpatient Rehabilitation

💰 Pay Rate: $75–$82/hr

💵 Weekly Gross: Up to $3,300/week


🔹 Position Responsibilities:

✔ Lead and oversee the Occupational Therapy Department

✔ Supervise OT staff, COTAs, and Rehab Technicians

✔ Perform patient evaluations and treatments

✔ Ensure compliance with therapy standards and regulations

✔ Assist with program development and departmental operations

✔ Maintain high-quality documentation and discharge planning


🔹 Requirements:

✅ Active Occupational Therapy License

✅ Director/Rehab leadership experience preferred

✅ Inpatient rehab experience preferred

✅ Strong communication and clinical skills


🔹 Additional Information:

• Every other Saturday may be required

• Overtime available after 40 hours/week

• Traveler-friendly facility
