The Director of Marketing, Culture Campaigns is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing integrated go-to-market strategies that translate Stand Together's movement priorities into culturally relevant marketing initiatives across music, sports, and entertainment.

Partnering closely with cross-functional leaders, this role develops strategies and activation plans that connect messaging, content, creators, partnerships, channels, and experiences into cohesive audience journeys that build awareness, credibility, social proof, and participation. The Director leads marketing efforts across internal capabilities and external partners, continuously refining strategy and execution through measurement, experimentation, and learning.

Success in this role requires exceptional go-to-market leadership and the ability to translate strategic priorities into integrated marketing programs, identify and activate high-value cultural opportunities, mobilize cross-functional capabilities, and deliver measurable results with speed, discipline, and creativity. The ideal candidate combines strong marketing instincts, deep cultural fluency, and a proven ability to build marketing campaigns that drive audience engagement and influence behavior.

How Your Will Contribute

Develop Go-to-Market Strategies

  • Develop integrated go-to-market strategies that translate movement priorities into measurable audience goals.
  • Define audience journeys and the optimal mix of messaging, content, channels, creators, partnerships, and activations to build awareness, credibility, social proof, and participation.
  • Establish campaign hypotheses, experimentation plans, and optimization strategies that continuously improve marketing effectiveness.

Lead Integrated Marketing

  • Lead end-to-end execution of integrated marketing strategies across internal capabilities, agency partners, and marketing channels.
  • Mobilize cross-functional teams around unified go-to-market plans, ensuring marketing efforts are integrated, timely, and aligned to campaign objectives.
  • Guide marketing decisions throughout execution, adapting strategies based on audience insights, performance, and changing market conditions.

Drive Cultural Marketing & Partnerships

  • Identify and activate culturally relevant opportunities - including creators, partnerships, platforms, communities, and experiences - that strengthen campaign relevance and audience engagement.
  • Develop partnership and activation strategies that authentically connect Stand Together's principles with audiences and generate credibility, social proof, and participation.
  • Advise internal teams on cultural trends, audience behavior, and emerging opportunities that strengthen marketing strategy and execution.

Optimize Marketing Performance

  • Define campaign measurement frameworks, learning agendas, and success metrics in partnership with Measurement teams and key business owners.
  • Lead test-and-learn initiatives that validate marketing hypotheses and optimize campaign performance.
  • Capture and apply audience insights and campaign learnings to strengthen future marketing strategies and organizational capability.

Lead Agency & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Lead agencies and cross-functional marketing teams in developing and delivering integrated marketing initiatives.
  • Build alignment across business stakeholders and marketing capabilities to ensure coordinated planning, execution, and shared accountability.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement across internal teams and external partners
What You Will Bring

  • 7+ years of experience leading integrated marketing and go-to-market strategies that drive measurable business, brand, or social outcomes.

  • Proven ability to develop integrated marketing strategies that connect messaging, content, creators, partnerships, and channels into cohesive audience experiences.
  • Experience leading agencies and influencing cross-functional teams within complex, matrixed organizations.
  • Strong analytical, strategic, and decision-making skills, using audience insights, experimentation, and measurement to optimize marketing performance.

$150,000 - $175,000 a year

For this role, the anticipated base salary range is $150,000-$175,000 per year. This role may also be eligible for additional bonus compensation designed to align total compensation with an employee's overall contribution to the organization.

Compensation decisions are informed by a variety of factors, including relevant experience, capabilities, demonstrated skills, role responsibilities, and expected contribution. Consistent with this approach, base salary may vary within or outside of the anticipated range based on these considerations.
