Director of Marketing – Community Healthcare Center (Warren, Ohio)

Community Healthcare Center in Warren, Ohio is seeking an experienced Director of Marketing to lead census development, build strong referral relationships, and support continued growth in our skilled nursing facility.

This is a key leadership role for someone who understands the skilled nursing (SNF) space and knows how to drive admissions through strong hospital partnerships, community engagement, and consistent follow-through.

Position Summary

The Director of Marketing is responsible for overseeing all admissions, marketing, and census development activities for the facility. This role works closely with the Administrator, clinical leadership, and regional team to ensure steady, appropriate admissions and strong community reputation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong referral relationships with hospitals, case managers, physicians, and community partners

  • Drive census growth and maintain optimal occupancy levels

  • Manage the admissions process from inquiry to admission, ensuring smooth coordination

  • Conduct facility tours for families, referrals, and community partners

  • Track and report marketing metrics, referrals, and conversion rates

  • Collaborate with clinical team to ensure appropriate admissions and payer mix

  • Represent the facility in community outreach and networking events

  • Maintain knowledge of competitors and market trends in the Warren/Trumbull County area

  • Ensure timely follow-up on all referrals and inquiries

Requirements
