Job Description: Director of Marketing

Position Summary:

We are seeking a Director of Marketing to lead strategic enterprise and business unit marketing initiatives across OTC Industrial Technologies. This role is responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that drive growth, strengthen brand positioning, and support revenue generation across multiple industrial segments.

The Director, reporting to the SVP of Commercial Excellence, will oversee digital marketing, product marketing, design, events, internal communications, and marketing operations. This role partners closely with sales, IT, eCommerce, and executive leadership, as well as external agencies, to deliver scalable, data-driven marketing programs.

What You'll Do

  • Lead go-to-market strategy and integrated campaign execution across multiple business units
  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies aligned with enterprise and segment growth goals
  • Define value proposition, messaging, and positioning across product and service offerings
  • Support geo-expansion and growth initiatives through targeted campaigns and market entry strategies
  • Support M&A transitions, aligning brand, messaging, and customer communications across newly integrated businesses
  • Partner with sales leadership to drive pipeline, conversion, and account growth
  • Partner with IT, eCommerce and leadership on market research, data analysis, and growth insights to inform strategy
  • Lead internal marketing communications and messaging strategies to support company initiatives, reinforce culture, and ensure alignment across teams, segments, and leadership
  • Execute multi-channel marketing initiatives across email, paid media, SEO, AEO, social, content, events, and PR
  • Oversee product marketing strategy and campaign execution across segments
  • Oversee co-op marketing programs with manufacturing partners to maximize shared investment and visibility
  • Manage trademark strategy, renewals, and brand protection
  • Support sales enablement and Team Sell / cross-sell initiatives through targeted campaigns and tools
  • Improve visibility into lead flow and performance to support campaign optimization and sales alignment
  • Directly manage teams across digital marketing, product marketing, events, and creative
  • Lead marketing operations and CRM strategy using HubSpot and integrated digital tools
  • Own marketing budget, P&L, and ROI across segments, allocating investment to maximize performance and growth
  • Partner with ecommerce team on customer acquisition, conversion and retention via the ecommerce channel. 
  • Oversee marketing systems, workflows, and process optimization (e.g., Monday.com, CRM integrations) 
  • Establish KPIs and measure effectiveness across all marketing channels  
  • Oversee timelines, deliverables, and quality of execution across all external partners 

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field  
  • 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in a multi-brand or industrial environment  
  • Proven success in developing and executing go-to-market strategies and integrated campaigns  
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, product marketing, and full-funnel strategy  
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and external agencies  
  • Proficiency in CRM, analytics, and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred)  
  • Experience with ecommerce platforms such as  Shopify, Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud and digital marketing campaign that enhance ecommerce ad ROAS 
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear messaging  
  • Experience working with manufacturing partners, vendors, and distributor networks is a plus
