We are looking for a talented Director of Operations to run multiple concepts in multiple states including Nebraska, Iowa, Missouri, Kansas and South Dakota.

As the Director of Operations, you’ll lead a region of 30+ restaurants and the people who bring our mission to life every day. You’ll guide and develop a talented team of District Managers and General Managers, ensuring our operations deliver exceptional guest experiences, consistent results, and a culture our teams are proud to be part of.

You’ll balance strategy with execution—driving operational performance, optimizing financial outcomes, and fostering growth for both people and the business. You’ll model our values, create clarity for your teams, and build an environment where people feel connected, supported, and inspired to do their best work.

Key Responsibilities for Director of Operations:
Leadership & Team Development:
  • Lead, coach, and mentor District Managers and General Managers to drive engagement, accountability, and operational excellence.
  • Build and sustain a culture of trust, inclusion, and high performance that aligns with the companies core values.
  • Partner with People + Culture and Operations leadership to recruit, develop, and retain top talent at all levels of restaurant management.
  • Create and execute ongoing learning and development strategies to strengthen leadership capabilities across the organization
Operational Excellence:
  • Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring consistent execution of company standards, food quality, and guest experience.
  • Develop, implement, and refine systems and processes that enhance efficiency, consistency, and scalability.
  • Maintain compliance with all food safety, labor, and operational regulations.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Training and Finance) to drive initiatives that elevate the guest experience and support business growth.
Financial & Business Performance:
  • Manage restaurant-level P&L performance to achieve or exceed sales, profitability, and cost control targets.
  • Analyze key performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and solutions that drive sustainable business results.
  • Collaborate with the Finance team to plan, forecast, and execute annual budgets.
