Ensures reliable system performance, drives workflow improvements, and partners with clinical and operational leaders to advance adoption and value realization. Translates informatics strategy into operational execution, ensuring solutions are practical, reliable, and improve the day-to-day experience of frontline clinicians. This role is primarily hospital-based, ensuring effective execution of informatics solutions while collaborating across the continuum to support coordinated, patient-centered care. Reports to Director of Nursing Informatics and operationalizes strategic priorities.

  • Leads the implementation, validation, and integration of clinical information systems across care settings, ensuring alignment with clinical workflows and organizational priorities.
