RegalCare at Holyoke is seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Nursing Services (DNS) to join our leadership team. We are a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility committed to providing high-quality care with compassion, respect, and excellence.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the nursing department to ensure the highest standards of resident care.

Develop, implement, and evaluate nursing policies and procedures in compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations.

Collaborate with physicians, staff, residents, and families to promote effective communication and care planning.
