Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Leawood, KS that is looking for a Director of Implementations.
Summary:
The Director of Implementations will be a process and communication driven individual who manages all aspects of New Client and Program Implementations, to ensure they are on-boarded by expected dates and meeting management expectations and client contractual obligations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in client management roles, excellent analytical skills, experience with leading projects, experience in business partnering throughout departments, and experience in developing KPIs, project plans, operational procedures & implementation -checklists-.
Duties:
* Project Planning and Execution: Define implementation goals, milestones, timelines, and success criteria that align with organizational objectives and client agreements
* Stakeholder Communication and Reporting: Lead clear internal and external communications, monitor project progress, and provide regular status updates to management teams, including key milestones, roadblocks, risks, and mitigation plans
* Client and Program Documentation: Develop clear business documentation that outlines the products, services, requirements, and contractual obligations associated with each client and program implementation
* Risk Management and Issue Resolution: Identify implementation risks, adjust schedules, targets, or resources as needs evolve, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track
* Team Leadership and Collaboration: Manage direct and indirect contributors, delegate responsibilities based on project needs, foster cross-functional collaboration, and resolve conflicts to maintain productivity
* Process Development and Continuous Improvement: Create and maintain implementation procedures, checklists, templates, and other written tools for each type of client, program, and product implementation; Continuously evaluate and refine processes to improve future implementations
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree preferred, or a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a client management or onboarding role
* 7-10 years of experience in account management, client onboarding, and team management
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with the judgment to resolve complex implementation challenges
* Proficient with the full Microsoft software suite and related business tools; experience with Jira and Monday.com is preferred but not required
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a high level of integrity, attention to detail, and follow-through
* Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage projects, coordinate priorities, and drive work forward across departments
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
