Job description

Responsibilities
  • Lead operational planning and implementation for global programs and partnerships, including international travel, events, and performances.
  • Manage academic directors, faculty, staff, alumni artists, consultants, temporary employees, and student travelers.
  • Oversee budgets and ensure effective use of technology, databases, and systems for program management.
  • Develop and maintain contracts, agreements, and communications for global partnerships.
  • Supervise and support the Program Manager for Global Programs and Partnerships.
  • Represent Berklee globally as an ambassador at events, programs, and collaborative initiatives.
  • Support credit transfer agreements and other academic collaborations.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of relevant experience in higher education or performing arts management.
  • Active musical training and experience.
  • Experience developing, leading, and evaluating educational programs in a global or international context.
  • Strong organizational, financial, and communication skills.
  • Comfort with international travel, evenings, and weekend work as needed.
  • Knowledge of international education, study abroad, and cross-cultural collaboration.
  • Familiarity with software systems, social media, and online content development.
  • Fluency in languages beyond English is a plus.
