Job description

Director of Risk & Quality Management

Location: Perimeter Behavioral of the Ozarks.
Status: Full-Time.
Salary: $50,000–$60,000 annually.
Perimeter Behavioral of the Ozarks has an exciting opportunity for a Director of Risk & Quality Management. We are a residential-certified facility, fully licensed and Joint Commission accredited, providing high-quality behavioral health services for adolescents.
Located in Arkansas, our team is committed to improving the lives of youth impacted by mental illness. We focus on a resident-centered, collaborative approach that supports both the mental and physical well-being of those in our care. Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage all facility-wide Quality Assurance, Performance Improvement, and Risk Management operations.
  • Serve as a liaison to all departments on matters related to quality, risk, patient advocacy, compliance, and safety.
  • Ensure adherence to federal/state regulations, Joint Commission standards, and organizational policies.
  • Oversee incident reporting, investigations, corrective action plans, and safety initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze KPIs and quality indicators; drive data-informed improvements.
  • Support accreditation and licensing readiness through ongoing assessments and tracers.
  • Provide staff training related to quality, safety, and risk management practices.
  • Support efforts to improve patient outcomes, satisfaction, and resident safety.
  • Participate in rotating Administrator On-Call (AOC) coverage.
Qualifications:
  • 2–5 years of behavioral health clinical experience, ideally in residential treatment.
  • Degree in Nursing, Social Work, Counseling, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Licensure preferred (RN, LPC, LAC, LMSW, LCSW, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of residential behavioral healthcare operations and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and lead improvement initiatives.
