The Director of Operations is responsible for leading all operational activities within the Memphis market. This executive-level leader will oversee Facility Solutions Managers, client retention, contractor performance, service delivery, operational profitability, and employee development. Key Responsibilities
โ€ข Lead, coach, and develop Facility Solutions Managers and operational personnel. โ€ข Recruit, hire, onboard, and train operational team members. โ€ข Maintain client retention rates exceeding 90%. โ€ข Oversee service delivery operations across the market. โ€ข Manage operational budgets and departmental expenses. โ€ข Achieve annual revenue, profitability, and growth objectives. โ€ข Develop and maintain strong relationships with independent contractors and vendors. โ€ข Partner with the sales team to support growth and cross-selling opportunities. โ€ข Participate in all major new client starts and oversee successful onboarding. โ€ข Ensure inspections, follow-up actions, and CRM records are maintained. โ€ข Personally manage and develop 6-10 Facility Solutions Managers. โ€ข Spend at least 50% of time in the field with cli0ents, employees, and contractors.

Qualifications
Required: โ€ข Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience. โ€ข 10+ years of operations leadership experience. โ€ข 10+ years of team management experience.
โ€ข Experience managing customer-facing service operations. โ€ข Strong financial and budget management experience. โ€ข Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems. Preferred: โ€ข Facility services, commercial maintenance, janitorial, or property management experience. โ€ข Experience managing independent contractor relationships.
