About The Role

As the Director of Data & Analytics, you’ll be responsible for building the foundation of a world‑class data team that powers strategic decision making via insights and analytics. Your work will directly influence how data is collected, organized, and leveraged across the company. You’ll partner closely with Execs, Product, Engineering, GTM, and G&A to uncover meaningful trends on strategic initiatives, product analytics, and business performance. From establishing data models to improving access to key metrics across the company, this is a unique opportunity to establish modern, scalable analytics and create powerful data insights for a rapidly growing and evolving team.

In This Role, You Will
  • Own business intelligence reporting across the company, including developing dashboards to help track ongoing KPIs and ad‑hoc analyses to dive into high importance questions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business priorities and initiatives and orchestrate the data pipeline required to provide fundamental data‑driven insights.
  • Help design and track OKRs, visualize data, and analyze performance, ultimately contributing to shaping strategy and roadmap.
You May Be a Good Fit If You Have
  • Expert proficiency in SQL and Python.
  • 10+ years of experience in data, data science, business intelligence, or product analytics roles at a high‑growth or scaled technology company.
