Job description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as a director of operations which leads people, and directs and drives change with systems and processes. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving the success of our organization by providing leadership to our team on shift through coaching and hands-on training. As a restaurant director you will also lead an area of the business (food safety, food quality, facilities, or guest experience) through organization of systems and processes that direct and drive results that achieve the organization's goals.

Qualifications:

  • College degree in management and leadership or 5+ years of leadership experience
  • Strong understanding of organizational development and leadership principles
  • Track record of being a strategic planner, ability to develop and implement comprehensive plans to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Google Drive Suite.
  • This position is ideal for former Chick-fil-A shift leaders and trainers

Working conditions:

Primary Responsibilities

  • Attends store meetings & parties
  • Uphold team to store policies and expectations
  • Consistent execution of daily, weekly and monthly operations in both FOH & BOH
  • Assist in the development of shift managers and area managers
  • Ability to coordinate multiple tasks such as food, beverage and labor cost while maintaining required standards of operation in daily restaurant activities
  • Foster open and transparent communication channels within the organization
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external
  • Implement strategies to improve team performance, motivation, and overall job satisfaction based on key performance indicators
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and incorporate relevant content into training materials
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as required or requested
