About TRM Labs

TRM Labs provides AI-powered intelligence solutions that help public and private sector agencies investigate and disrupt crime.

Leading agencies and businesses worldwide rely on TRM to make the world safer and more secure.

About the Role

TRM Labs is looking for a Creative Operations Manager to help run and improve the day-to-day operations of its Brand Design team.

This role sits within Marketing, reports to the Design Director, and partners closely with Regional Marketing, Demand Gen, Product Marketing, and Talent / People.

The primary focus is managing the creative pipeline - from intake and briefing through prioritization, resourcing, review, and delivery - while also supporting localization workflows across global marketing assets.

You’ll bring structure to a fast-moving creative environment, improve existing processes, and help the team work more efficiently without adding unnecessary complexity.

What You’ll Do

  • Own intake, tracking, prioritization, and resourcing for GTM and marketing design requests.
  • Review creative briefs, identify missing information, and ensure work is ready for designers to execute.
  • Assign work based on designer capacity, project needs, and timelines.
  • Manage competing priorities and proactively flag risks, blockers, and bottlenecks.
  • Maintain strong visibility into project status, creative capacity, files, documentation, and asset history.
  • Partner closely with the Design Director while independently resolving day-to-day operational questions where possible.
  • Help manage external creative vendors and contractors.
  • Improve briefing, workflow, tracking, review, and documentation systems.
  • Identify opportunities to use AI and automation to make creative operations faster and more scalable.
  • Support localization workflows across global marketing assets, including translation coordination, review, QA, and vendor management.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in creative project management or creative operations, ideally within an agency, in-house creative studio, or brand/marketing team.
  • Strong experience working directly with designers, creative teams, or in-house brand studios.
  • Experience partnering with Marketing teams and managing creative work across campaigns, web, social, or other GTM channels.
  • Strong project management and workflow-building skills, with experience improving existing processes.
  • Demonstrated experience using AI or automation to improve operational workflows.
  • Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders, priorities, vendors, and contractors.
  • Some experience supporting or managing localization workflows for marketing or brand content.
  • Working knowledge of creative and localization tools such as Figma, Adobe InDesign, Smartcat, or similar platforms.
  • Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and comfort working asynchronously across time zones.
  • High ownership and sound judgment; able to work independently, push back when needed, and keep work moving with minimal oversight.

About the Team

  • TRM’s global Marketing team spans Brand Design, Product Marketing, Demand Gen, Regional Marketing, and Marketing Ops.
  • The team works in a high-trust, async environment that values clarity, ownership, and thoughtful collaboration.
  • This role requires consistent availability during 10am-2pm ET and flexibility to support occasional periods of increased project demand.

Why This Role Matters

  • You’ll help keep TRM’s creative operation running smoothly as the company scales its global brand and marketing efforts.
  • By improving how work is briefed, prioritized, assigned, localized, and delivered, you’ll give the creative team more space to focus on high-impact work while helping Marketing move faster and with greater consistency.
