Director of Behavioral Supports - $5,000 Retention Bonus Offered*
Are you a BCBA leader who believes in empowering people through compassionate, evidence-based behavioral supports? Join Greystone Programs and help shape programs that truly change lives for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities across our residential and day programs.
What You'll Do
You'll guide and mentor a team of Behavior Specialists and ABA Specialists across 20 programs, ensuring that every person we support has access to high-quality, functional skill development. You'll oversee Behavior Support Plans, lead agency-wide training, and collaborate with senior leadership to strengthen our programs and outcomes.
You'll Be Responsible For:
  • Leading behavioral support services across all programs
  • Coaching and developing clinical staff
  • Overseeing FBAs and other assessment tools
  • Ensuring consistent, compliant implementation of support plans
  • Partnering with internal teams, families, and community partners
  • Ensuring alignment with OPWDD behavioral support regulations

What We Seek:
  • BCBA certification and NY LBA licensure
  • 5+ years in behavioral health, including 3+ years in a supervisory or management capacity
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
