Director of Operations Ground Campuses

The College of Health Care Professions (CHCP)
Location: Texas | Travel: Up to 20%| Relocation Required for Future Promotion

About the Role

CHCP is seeking a dynamic Director of Operations to support ground campus performance, compliance, and student success. This role is part of CHCPs Leadership Pathway Program and is designed as a preparatory step toward becoming a Campus President. The ideal candidate is an experienced higher-education leader ready to grow, lead cross-functional teams, and relocate as needed for advancement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support daily campus operations across Academics, Career Services, Financial Aid, and Admissions

  • Monitor KPIs, drive continuous improvement, and ensure regulatory compliance

  • Assist with budgeting, resource allocation, and strategic planning

  • Lead and develop faculty and departmental leaders

  • Oversee Admissions, Financial Aid, and Career Services performance

  • Represent CHCP at community, employer, and student events

Qualifications
  • 510 years of leadership experience in higher education

  • Bachelors required; Masters preferred

  • Strong operational, analytical, and communication skills

  • Experience leading diverse teams and driving results

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic database tools
