About the Directorof Client Delivery:


MarketStar is seeking a Director of Client Delivery based in Northern Utah.As aDirectorof Client Delivery, you will use your strategic sales and client relationsexpertise, marketingknowledgeand technical aptitude to lead large sales teams to success and develop strategies to meetourclient'ssales objectives. The Sales Directoris responsible forensuring SLA agreements and/or sales quotas are met/exceeded for all assigned team engagements whileprovidingdirection and recommendations, planning, development, and implementation ofappropriate marketingand sales operations for multiple sales teams whorepresentwell known SaaS and social media (ad sales) clients.

Location:Salt Lake City, UT - Hybrid

What will you do?

  • DriveMarketStar'sculture by living and leading with our purpose and core values.

  • Manage P&L attainment againstsales forecasts, including revenue and margin attainment, growth and risk, and overall financial health of the covered programs.

  • Participate in reviewing and negotiating client financial contracts with client and procurement.

  • Communicateclient growth, risk, and strategic initiatives at all levels within the organization.

  • Contribute toMarketStarinitiatives and deliver against business priorities.

  • Drive team accountability and share best practices across your organization and leadership counterparts.

  • Collaborate with cross functional business partners (sales operations, training, HR, etc.) to enhance operational program performance.

  • Coach a team of sales managers to drive overall performance, strategic initiatives, and accountability toMarketStarand our clients.

  • Lead hiring effectiveness in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team through data analysis of attrition trends and performance analytics.

  • Provide guidance and co-delivery of client business reviews internally and externally.

  • Utilize gap analysis toidentifyopportunities and implement plans to increase client satisfaction, KPI attainment, and overall growth.

  • Manage client relationships toward retention and growth.

What Will You Need to Succeed?

  • Director level experience with the ability to manage day-to-day todeliverables; 5+ years of experience preferred.

  • Bachelor's Degree, M.B.A., or certifications is a plus.

  • Successful history of creating and managing projects from scope to completion.

  • Engagingcommunicatorand ability topresent withconfidence to senior leadership.

  • Ability tocreate and presentbusiness reviews and strategic retention and growth planstoclients and senior leadership.

  • Ability to develop, articulate and execute strategic plans which incorporate program level data and market level insightsonsales processes and best practices.

  • Strongtrack recordin developing talent and creating growth within a sales and operations team.

  • Experienceleading scaledteams.

  • Track recordofattainingand exceeding KPI performance expectations.

  • Experience in managing multiple geographies around the world or distributed teams is preferred.

  • Ability to own the client experience from market insights to engagement activities to business reviews.

  • Strongexperience managing client expectations and prioritiesalongsideMarketStar'sinitiativesand partnerrelationships.

  • Experience managing statements of work.

  • Track recordof success contract negotiations at executive level

  • Aptitude for managing forecasting and budget management rolling up to a P&L.
